Wedding Trends 2023

Many couples are asking what the latest trends are for weddings!

This is what we have been seeing:

1. Intimate and Micro Weddings: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, smaller and more intimate weddings have become popular. Couples are opting for smaller guest lists to prioritize the safety and comfort of their loved ones.

2. Outdoor and Destination Weddings: Many couples are choosing outdoor venues, such as gardens, vineyards, and beachfront locations, to create a scenic and romantic backdrop for their wedding. Destination weddings, whether domestic or international, are also on the rise.

3. Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Weddings: Couples are incorporating eco-conscious choices into their wedding planning, such as using recycled or biodegradable materials, opting for locally sourced food and drinks, and reducing waste.

4. Non-Traditional Wedding Attire: Traditional white wedding gowns are being complemented or replaced by colored dresses, jumpsuits, pantsuits, and other non-traditional attire choices. Grooms are also exploring unique suit colors and styles.

5. Personalization and Meaningful Details: Couples are infusing their weddings with personal touches that reflect their personalities and relationship. Customized decor, personalized vows, signature cocktails, and unique favors are some ways couples are adding meaningful details to their celebrations.

6. Technology Integration: With the growth of virtual events, couples are incorporating technology into their weddings. Live streaming the ceremony for remote guests, creating personalized wedding websites, and interactive guest activities via apps or social media are becoming more common.

7. Statement Florals and Hanging Installations: Bolder floral arrangements, hanging installations, and suspended floral installations are adding dramatic and Instagram-worthy elements to wedding decor.

8. Interactive Food and Drink Stations: Couples are moving away from traditional buffet-style dining and incorporating interactive food stations, food trucks, and specialized drink bars, such as cocktail bars or custom coffee stations.

9. Unique Entertainment: Couples are seeking unique entertainment options to keep their guests engaged and entertained. This includes live bands, aerial performers, cultural dance performances, interactive games, and surprise entertainment elements.

10. Bridal Fashion Accessories: Bridal fashion accessories are getting attention with statement veils, headpieces, hair accessories, and jewelry. Brides are embracing bold and unique accessories to enhance their overall look.

Please note that wedding trends can evolve and change as time progresses!
